I’m amazed by the passion that the subject of gays seems to arouse on these boards. I had always suspected that gay men were intrigued by bodybuilders, but it appears that the converse is true - why the fascination with homosexuality?
How many hours do you guys spend worrying about gays? Rather spend a little more time on gay community (and porn too I guess) sites and stop arguing about crap here. If necessary actualize your fantasies, but spare us exposure to your deep-seated psycho-sexual problems.
I am fortunate to live in the country with the world’s finest Constitution - South Africa. We stepped back from the brink of a terrible civil war and a society horribly divided by an evil racially based social and political system. We saw where we had been and understood where we needed to go.
Our Constitution protects everybody - including gay people, who have every right and protection possible ranging from same-sex marriage and intestate inheritance to adoption and education. We have openly gay Judges of our Supreme Court, Members of Parliament and the like. The only consequence has been a richer and more diverse society.
The USA is supposed to be “home of the free” … look at yourselves guys and read some of the narrow bigoted views you express. Be ashamed ? deeply ashamed.
Look too, at the supposedly religious guys who post vicious and narrow comments. We South Africans take a different view of God’s word, but then we have religious leaders like Archbishop Desmond Tutu (and many others) … not a bunch of ill-educated fundamentalist TV evangelists …
