GS Nerd: Oh yeah! That game is freakin’ great! I would say that is my 4th… wait no… 3rd favorite rpg of all time.
10 seconds of uncomfortable silence as GS Nerd looks at me absolutely BEGGING me to ask him what numbers 1 and 2 are
Me: Umm… so can I get the game?

I LOVE when people try to bait me into dialogue that enables them to talk about themselves. It gives me ample opportunity to completely ruin their attempts, and make them feel like an ass.

Isn’t it astonishing how often this happens? I see it in the workplace as well. Some guy who thinks himself uber smooth by tossing out that bait so someone else can ask the question… because, you know, then it’s OK to talk endlessly about yourself. Hey, someone asked!
Not really. Its just I can’t figure out your sex and you’ve claimed manhood. Which makes its funny that RJ’s hatred for you made him call you a woman very casually.
I was in town today to get some socket wrenches with which to assemble my new Smith Machine that will be in tomorrow. (That was just for Kuz and Bauer)
Anyhooo -
I got a case of the green apple trots (the shits for those in PA) and had to leave town rather quickly, so I missed the requisite trip to Best Buy.
But we are going back on Saturday - to the mall to celebrate my daughter’s 14th bday (some more for the Kuz) - and I will not leave town with out a copy of it.
It must just be my Best Buy then b/c I try to stay as far away from there as I can. the only answer I ever get is…“ummmm…I have on Idea” I dont like going to Game Stop either. Ill go to Target if I have to go some where. But RJ you should try Amazon most of the time you can get free shipping and if your part of Amazon Prime ($70 a year) you get free 2-day shipping or 1-day for $3. You cant beet that. I use it for every thing, Games, books, movies what ever you want.

Best Buy is my version of my wife’s 50% off sale at Victoria’s Secret. But I stay away from the Geek Squad - They know dick.

Don’t EVER let the Geek Squad touch your computer unless you have nothing of any significance on it. There is a lot of stories (and videos) of them stealing random photos and videos along with other stuff that they have no reason to touch at all.

14? May God have mercy on your soul. And may she never go on a date with a Game Stop Nerd.
But back to GTA 4. It’s looking like a rainy weekend here in New England with a distinct chance of rainouts for my youth baseball team for Saturday and outdoor soccer (for me) opn Sunday. I might roll into work on Monday morning speaking with an Eastern European accent and shaking down co-workers.

How is that even possible? I stared at your post a few minutes in utter disbelief.
On a side note, it could be absolute genius on the part of the store owner. You would have nerds lined up down the block to buy games like it’s going out of style (even more so than usual).

Boxer is just an idiot. A mouthy little idiot. Trust me - he’s not even old enough to go to the mall by himself - much less have any type of reaction to a pretty girl…or any girl for that matter.
