Thick forearms come from the mountains…

In the mountains today. A bit more of a climb than the last several hikes. Above the cloud line made for some awesome views. Lots of wildlife as well.

Around 10 miles out and back.

Been slacking on my log given all the bugs going on with the forum, there was a couple times I just rage quit when trying to enter my workouts… seems to be much better.

Will start again on Monday.

Yesterday’s workout

Pushups on rings: 10,10,10
Incline dumbbell bench: 55 3x9
Dumbbell shoulder press: 35 3x8
Ab roller: 3x20
Captains of crush: #1 15,12,10

Definitely getting weaker on my lifts. Feeling lethargic and sore the last few days. Also sleep hasn’t been great. Couldn’t finish my workout today. I am going to do a proper deload for a week and eat at maintenance to give myself a break.
