Galgenstrick’s Quest For Thick Forearms

Split squats and lunges back to back are a bit too brutal for me at the moment. I opted to replace lunges with hip thrusts. Once I profess more I’ll add the lunges back in. Pretty much out of breath this whole workout.

Bulgarian Split Squat: 30lbs each 3x6

That hike was in Pilchuck, WA. The cascade mountains that run down Washington state are spectacular this time of year.

I have been up that way a couple of times. I really like Olympic National Park. I like that compared to many other parks it seems so empty of people, and rangers. The camp sites are nicer than most and fairly private.

edit: Actually, I was on the other side of the bay. Haven’t been up there exactly.

Yes, the olympics are just across the sound. They are awesome. We are pretty spoiled up here.
