I’ll say it again, cycle looks good, but long term, I really think you are short-changing yourself. You are nowhere NEAR your genetic potential. No offense, but you hardly look like you work out. I think you are going to short-change yourself.
Sure, you will make some great gains this cycle, and you may even keep most of them (though I have to question that, because if you knew how to eat properly for size you’d be bigger, and you’ll HAVE to know how to eat properly to maintain what you gain). What I see happening, however, is you having a much harder time of it in the future because you started from such a low first point.
I would save all of that stuff and use the new eating skills you claim to have acquired to take you to at least 200 lbs (91kgs) before using gear. Then you can start with the real knowledge of how to actually pack on mass coupled with the ace card of the gear, and can make a quick leap to 220 or 230. As it is, I don’t see those weights in your future for a long, long time.
I understand you will probably disregard all of this.
with all due respect I have to agree. There is very little of a base to work with here. I know you mentioned sports and a reason for lack of mass, but what about definition? If you had a good grasp/ the ability to follow up in the kitchen, I would be much more inclined to say “go for it”. IMHO you need to gain some more size and/or definition before partaking in AAS. Hopefully this did not come off as disrespectful as I am trying not to “flame”.
I understand what you’re saying buddy, but i have so much more to gain by doing this now. I’m not going to be a competitive bodybuilder but doing this cycle now will greatly improve my football.
And if i leave it another year i will be 25 by the time next years football season is over and that may be too late for my chances to be called up to intercounty football. It has always been a dream of mine to represent my county in the All-Ireland Football Championship.
I have worked very hard on that dream and i have been making goals and achieving them over the last few years and this for me is the next step.
Ok well i’ve just injected the first 250mg of Test Eth. I was very calm until i started to push the juice in, then my hand started shaking! I injected into right glute. Its starting to sting a little now but hopefully i’ll have a steady hand next time!
Again i want to reiterate that i’m not doing this to try be a ‘hard-man’ or to look good at the beach!
When i was opening the amp it broke, i was able get the test out ok but i was wondering does anyone have a link to a video explaining how to open them? I found one on youtube, i tried that way, i’ll try it again next time and hope it goes better.
Heading down to the gym soon, Chest/Triceps/forearms today.

Look closely at the amp - the will be a tiny scratch on the neck of it. you snap the tip of the amp AWAY from the scratch, firmly and swiftly.
hold the amp base firmly but gently (you BEEN with a woman>???) and the same for the amp tip - it is just the middle that gets the most pressure…
hope you understand that… ;)
Cheers Brook! You’re a fountain of information!!
Am, i was looking for the scratch along the green ring but there is none. But there is a little circle below that ring, is that what u meant?
Today is my day off, Training Shoulders tomorrow. I’m just trying to eat as much as possible today, you can beat traditional irish dinners!!!
Still unsure of when to start the HcG.
Also i was wondering what sore of training program you guys used on cycle? What i have done is devided my training into 3 sections. Section 1 is a 4 day program, Chest/Back/Shoulders/Legs.
I do the main compound exercises and go heavy and hard as i can with good form and follow it up with a couple of isolation exercises with higher reps.
Then i have Biceps/Triceps. I train these in a 3 day split. 3 exercises each
Finally Abs/Forearms, i train these in a two day split.
Obviously the test cant be kicking in yet but i was feeling great in the gym today. My lateral raises went up 2kg’s but that could be because of my increased sets of military presses over the last few weeks. My biceps weren’t any atronger at all though.
My left glute was painless today, i actually enjoy pinning the test!
Leg day tomorrow so squats should tell if its kicking in any bit!!!
Well it didn’t hurt during the squats, but it’s sore now! There’s no mark, but it feels like a big bruise!!
I’m guessing that most of you guys dont pin a muscle that you will be exercising the following day??
Almost made a massive mistake!! I have ‘Sterile water for injections’, which i was planning on using to mix the hcg, but while reading old treads i discovered that if i used this that the HcG would only last for 24 hours! I thought it was the same thing as bacteriostatic water. So i have ordered a bottle of that for only GB£7.00!!
I will start with 250mg on test days E3D and increase this to EOD when i get further into the cycle.
Of course DH! Cheers for noticing, its good to know you’re reading. Tiredness makes me make mistakes!!
I’ve just trained 3 days in a row and feel fine, normally i’d be wrecked!! Gonna see how i am in the morning and if i’m ok i’ll train, its heavy back day so gonna try add to my DL and bend over rows at least. Also gonna train forearms. I’ve always focused on back training as i feel it is the strongest and most important bodypart!
Today i trained Chest/Biceps/Abs.
Made a small bit of progress in chest but biceps not improving Yet.
Glad you’re making good progress and recovery is improved. Apart from that can you describe what effects you feel in the libido, Alpha Male confidence, strength, drive, energy departments. I am curious since my cycle included dbol and thus did not allow me to assess test e’s specific effects.
Injection Number 3 today. Going Right Ventro Glute.
The Bac water came today so i’m gonna start HcG tomorrow.
I do feel a boost in libido, DH, but that could be phsycological because i’m expecting it. Although i went to sleep last night like a tripod. But I haven’t had the oppertunity to test it out with any lucky lady!
Tomorrow is Back day so i think Deadlifts will tell strength increase as i enter week 2…
Day 8:
I trained Back today, i used the same weight as last week in DL’s but my reps were up. Last week i lifted 120kg for 4 reps, this week i lifted it for 8 reps.
Bent over row went from 75kg x 5 reps to 6 reps. They were the main gains.
My weight is now 86kg.
I’ve lowered my preworkout dose of caffine, going to taper off it to see do i need it. I’ve always found it useful in the past.
Tomorrow is shoulder day, i’m expecting further gains in military press. Also going to train triceps and core.
My right ventro glute was painless when pinning. Didn’t even feel it breaking the skin, it was tougher to push in the needle. Asporated fine, but it kinda feels like a ‘dead leg’, like a banged it off something. Is this common??
Next pin is leg day so i might workout early so i can pin other ventroglute afterwards.
Ok, injection number 4 was today. Left ventroglute. I find this site much sorer than the glute. Maybe i’m not doing it right, i put my weight on my right foot and shot in the left VG…
Weight is gradually increasing, up to 87kg today, might have a bit to do with eating Ireland out of chickens and ‘spuds’! Need to find some decent beef but no luck in this big city!!
Trained shoulders on friday, good workout but no big gains in lifts. Today then i meet with a personal trainer and he showed me a few techniques and a few tips. Did a lot of drop sets for my chest, it was tough but i liked it!! Going to take tomorrow off and train Legs on monday. Thats 7 days since i trained them last, generally i aim for 5days.
I have my measuremants from day one taken so i’ll post them at the end of my cycle with my progress.
Make sure you are forcing yourself to get stronger. Even though you are using AAS the strength will not appear magically. You actively have to attempt to get stronger. Even if you feel like you can’t add weight to the bar dont be surprised if you are actually able to move more weight.
Just a tip, not saying you aren’t working hard or anything like that.
