100% of catholics here see themselves as irish and about nearly all protestants i know see them selves as irish to. Only the minority of protestants that still fight over the stupid subject try to say they are british.

I can’t believe AA has not been mentioned yet. I guess the fact that he can be a complete fucking jackass at times, especially in defense of hardcore BB, overshadows his futile attempts at humor.

I too hold a British passport (is this maybe why my nut is numb?) and in case you’ve not been drinking your Iron-Bru lately, most Scots would rather not be considered Brits.

I am Scottish, I hold a UK passport and a US passport. I really really really fuckin’ miss Iron-Bru, that and mince pies. I guess I am reaaly in the shit given that I am both a Scot and a Texan, but I would not be offended to be called either.
And Zap, for the record, I have never buggered a sheep (not that I can remember anyway)

Some decent bars too.
I actually used to live in Syracuse (Fayetteville) and was there when the Carrier Dome opened, but then I saw the light once I moved to the mecca of college hoops.
I would have to bet one of the things you don’t miss are the mind and body numbing winters.

I used to date a girl from Manlius. Did you go to F-M?
I used to play rugby for a Syracuse club so I drank mucho beer in Syracuse.
I like snow but I hated how looong the winters were. Fantastic summers though.
