I’m a 23 yo male. So about 5 months ago I go to the Doctor, feel apathetic towards life, very low libido, difficulty attaining erections. I’m 5’10 170, in pretty good shape but have always had that ‘smooth’ look, never been able to significantly put on size despite eating/training a ton. He thinks is might be low test and sends me in for bloodwork. The results:
So basically he says I’m within the normal ranges don’t worry about. I do some research and find that I’m within the ‘reference ranges’ but my E2 is super high and my test is nothing steller. He says do more cardio, drink water, cut out caffeine and alcohol.
Fast forward to now, I’m feeling even worse, lower libido, no erections (can’t remember my last morning wood), this is crazy I’m 23. So I went to private md labs and go the bloodwork my self. The results:
Not as much data I know but I had to buy it myself. I feel even worse. I emailed these results to his office and he responded telling me to not worry about it and get more rest. These results are not normal for a typical 23 yo male right? Where can I find the articles to prove this to my Doc. I really think I should go on some kind of aromatase inhibitor to lower E2 and increase my test. Am I just crazy or do I have a point here. I’d really like to see some hard data on young male E2 levels but I can’t find anything.

I’m actually in a similar position as you in that I believe my e2 has been elevated for a long time. It’s hard finding the sweet spot with an AI though, which is why I’m getting blood work done.
Your best bet is probably to just get RC AI and fore go the massive hassle of trying to get anything like an AI off of a doc. It’s nearly impossible unless you know of doctors who are knowledgeable in the area.
From what I’ve seen recommended, e2=22 or somewhat around that range is what typically gives people great results.
