Nice :')
Then indeed keep on doing the awareness drills Irish ![]()
haha i like miss parkers method, in the class i go to there are two trainers constainly going round as the exersizes are done with a yellow plastic pole and we would get a few “light cracks” if we slowed down or wernt paying attention. A great modivation tool the yellow stick is i think.

That doesn’t sound like any fun at all… why not just go somewhere else then…
Or is this like, if you hypothetically went into a a bar 1%ers frequent?
From my experience, most times bikers are pretty laid back as long as you’re polite to them and don’t go fucking around.
Marc Macyoung has written about this- knowing what world model you’re dealing with when you walk into a given place.

I don’t frequent those bars but sometimes you have some weird friends who happen to be regulars there ![]()
And when I join them I tend to be pretty cautious ![]()

Not that I agree one way or the other, but that’s a very old Karate thing… they used to use bamboo as I believe… and hit pretty hard.
Motivational? Maybe not. But you’ll be paying attention.
