Loving the 2-way split (Legs/Back/Bis) & (Chest/Shoulder/Tri), 1 off day, then (Legs/Shoulders) & (Chest/Back/Arms)
Leg days include SGHP (fav), deadlift, fulll ROM squats (which hit both hammies/quads) and are never a bore
Pushing days + chest/arm days speak for themselves (bodybuilding pump galore!)
Pick big movements and it can feel very full body indeed (push press on pushing days, deadlift/SGHP on leg/back days)
Each muscle group gets hit directly 3x every 8 days or 2x a week depending on rest
Play around w/ an abbreviated layer and/or pyramid/ramp to top set (CNS Prime), back off and hit one all out work set, then next body part!
Muscle rounds & myoreps keep assistance exercises fun and intense!
