2 x 3 @ 80kg (slight push press on first rep, standard reps for last 2)
3 x 1 @ 90kg - 198lbs (slight push press)

Assistance work - Behind leg raises, front raises & shrugs.

Also threw some tricep work assistance exercise in.

Tough week and feeling a bit fried so will rest until Monday evening when I will do maximal effort deadlifting.

A lack of posting recently, I had man-flu which kept me out of the gym for a week - not good.

1 x 6 @ 95kg
2 x 6 @ 100kg

Tried to finish off with some bicep work but very restricted with this at the moment. I have had serious pain at the top of my forearm for the last couple of months and trying to manage it.
