Squats felt kind of shitty. Deads felt great. I was a bit worried because with 135 my erectors / spine felt injured but once I added the belt all was good. Very happy with how 585 moved, very happy with my Hook Grip and very happy with my form. It wasnt perfect but I didnt pump 73 times so that is progress.
Workout took forever because I had to play Hunger Games with the Women over all the Leg Machines ![]()

Delts felt fine through warmups then felt like shit on 355 so just did one set instead of the 3 and completely skipped all other assistance. I really hope delts heal up by Thursday.

oooooeeeeee that rest muscle pump!!! I did 3 Drop Sets with the Grimey Curls, pretty intense stuffā¦for BBing LOL shots not fired it was a lot of fun. I really think these easy days will be key in CNS recovery.

Nausea Still battling Nausea and it is getting worse so I am lowering the Tamoxifen dose even further to 10mg EOD and before bed. Hopefully I dont get gyno. I cant go back to Adex (not that it effectively combatted gyno anyways) as I finally feel what all those Tren memes are talking about. My libido and strength (same thing AMIRITE?) are awesome and this is week 4 which is pretty amazing to be fealling the effects so strongly.

Trensomnia The gainz came on faster than ever but so did the sides. My only sides are Gyno and Insomniaā¦but gyno didnt come on thanks to all the Nolva. Normally I have a few more weeks before Trensomnia gets like this, I guesss I will finally get and keep caught up on my paper work.
Also we gonna get thick AF now that I can eat. Nausea is gone thanks to skipping a Nolva dose and I think I gained 2kg yesterday. I dont know for sure because my scale needs a new battery but I feel the thiccccccccc.

Yea so that sucked. My heart was set on 640 today. Warmups felt great then 550 just didnt. Trensomnia didnāt help but I think the bigger problem was I ate too much this morning. I thought I waited long enough after eating but in hindsight probably not. I couldnāt even use a belt for deads and that is when I realized what I had done. Or maybe I just had a shit workout.
The shittiest part is last week I had 640/650 and didnāt take it. I have done that a few times.
Ok so the better today went the more likely I was to prolong this prep and only do 1 prep. But now I am pretty sure this one gets shortened so I can do 2 short preps back to back. I will start Halo in the next couple days at 5mg preworkout to go with 525mg Test and 700mg Tren weekly.
Next prep I will double test, keep tren as is and add the Halo in 2 weeks out (like this time).

OK now that I have had time to process this wasnt as slow and shitty as I thought. I swear IG makes the video faster or something with time because the first time I watched this it was soooo slow. I also think I wasnt sitting back enough so it was too Quad dominant.
Having said that I am making some adjustments. Injection schedule will go from every so many days to day of week to allow for maximum PIP recovery. This is the smoothest tren I have ever used but it is still 400mg of Tren every injection which will never be PIP freeā¦I dont think. Also moving deads to their own day as I think heavy deads on Monday might have effected Heavy Squats on Thursday (#oldpeople). I can still Squat on Saturday if needed.
This also bumps the Dosages up a smidge to 600mg of Test and 800mg of Tren per week.

Because why not I might add 1200mg of EQ a week. That truly is PIP free so it wont affect training at all but it would certainly help with my cardio which has fallen off a cliffā¦I guess I forgot about that Tren side.
I was going to say⦠this 600 popped up pretty quick. That looked a lot closer to a training max than an actual 1RM.

Yea that had me toasted AF. The Cardio Rows I think I did 3 sets at 195lbs so that was cool. The Squats were super easy muscularly but my cardio is turbo tren shit. Now I could do some cardioā¦or I could add EQ⦠I will probably do both.
