Frontloading First Cycle

Hey guys, this is my first post here so I hope I’m posting it in the right board.

I’m preparing everything for my first cycle of 500mg test-e per week. I read Peter Bond’s Book on Steroids, where he mentions that it is possible to skip the gradual rise of test/E2 over the first 6 or so weeks and get to stable blood concentrations immediately by frontloading the cycle, specifically by having the first injection(s) be 1g of test instead of 250mg.

From what I’ve gathered, this approach seems quite controversial especially for beginners, but I’d love to hear your thoughts about the possible pros and cons of doing it that way.

Cheers

Bad idea anytime when introducing a new compound let alone when it’s your first cycle. Whatever sides you may or may not get will be more or less 4x greater with 4x the dose. Just take it easy and enjoy the ride.

Pros: you don’t have to wait.

Cons: you have a bad reaction or unexpected side effect and wind up in the hospital having to explain why you pushed a gram of gear into a muscle.

I don’t think this is effective or even honestly works. There is a delay between taking AAS and your body’s reaction by building muscle. Your body has to recognize and metabolically readjust to these new hormones. Before I quit I took wide ranging doses and never noticed a long ester before around 4 weeks and a short in a minimum of 2.
