I tried to do some Front Squats but my left hip/erector hurt too much. I’m going to take a week off of doing anything that involves that. SO bench, chest supported rows, ohp, chin ups, dips/pushups for week. For lower body work I’ll try lunges and leg extensions/curls for a week. I’ll do squats with just the bar so I stay loose with the movements.
Didn’t do chins today because the gym was RIDICULOUSLY busy. Everything was being taken up. I never go during this rush hour. Ab wheel I felt some tension in my low back so decided to skip it for today.
So big news, I accepted a job offer in Denver. I’ll be moving there the week after Christmas.
I’m going to figure out where the gym is before I move there so I make sure not to miss too many days of training. This will be a big life change for me, but it will be the move I need to help myself get to that next level personally and professionally.
Denver they say is the fittest city in the US, so I’m hoping to be one of those people as well lol.
