I saw a show on Fox (I think, it was definately one if the major channels) that talked about this and one thing they touched on that nobody here has mentioned was the Van Allen radiation belt. Supposedly this is a radiation field that surrounds the atmoshpere that the show claimed was so strong as to warrant twelve feet of lead to shield oneself from poisoning. The host claimed this was the main reason the Soviets never got up there as thier scientists thought it to be impossible to get through without radiation exposure. Anyway, I found a website that originally was set up to provide evidence the landing was a fake, but after studying the evidence the site has changed to supporting the landing as legit, but even there the Van Allen belts are not discussed. Anyone here familiar with this particular part of this “conspiracy”?
