Sorry for the lack of posts lately. Things have been going great, I actually had a tummy tuck to get rid of the 7 pounds of loose skin from the weight loss. Just received my clearance to get back in the gym and I cant wait. It was completely worth it and can already see a massive difference!!! Ill post new pics soon as I some of the swelling from the surgery goes down.

Often when people achieve such dramatic weight-loss they end up looking emaciated with curtains of excess skin hanging off them. Not you.
You aren’t finished yet though. You’ve got to make this a permanent lifestyle change. I have no doubt you’ll be able to accomplish this though.
