eat, squat, eat, deadlift, eat, bench, eat, sleep, and rest. lots of people reiterate the eating and exercising, they assume that you would know to rest; because the majority of guys here with that advice veterans. they forget to tell you to rest, because it is so necessary…so remember, you grow when you rest.

yep ;D
Hey Big Dogg, Keep training hard and eat big and often and REST. The key to growth is the food and Rest!! No rest no Grow! Stay focused and believe and let no one tell you other wise!!!
One thing is certain: That is that the power of belief, the power of thought, will move reality in the direction of what we believe and conceive of it. If you really believe you can do something, you can. That is a fact.
Lol ur lucky you started off lean. You have a nice build to work on. What ur doing seems right. Im not one to give advice, but yea, ur doing good. Doesnt ur bench seem a bit too low compared to ur progress? Im 14, and started working out a few months ago, yet I can manage 125 for 10 (i go up to 135, but at that point im exausted). I might want to check my form, OH and are you counting the bar?
Btw. i weigh 176? right now, i started off heavy.
Good luck!

yeah my bench may not be too accurate but who knows…
I would rather have a inbetween metabolism and build than an extremely lean that i have. i have to eat too much food to put on any type of weight even tho i really dont have to worry about fat i think i’d handle eating cleaner and more frequently better than just having to eat large amounts period…
Nah, you don’t need to worry much about fat. Even if you pick some up you’ll be able to shed it quickly later. My metabolism might be similar to yours (and it hasn’t slowed down any with age) - I have to stuff myself every 2-3 hours. But I’d take that over an average metabolism any day.
