I’m on a deload this week :frowning: so I can’t really do anything post worthy. But I’ll do an amrap on bw hypers, which will be easy to recover from since you need someone to post something tomorrow

Well I just did 50 bodyweights hyperextensions parallel to the floor. So if you can find a glute ham raise or something here’s a challenge for you

This is the station I used

Threw a band on my neck and did them on the closest thing I have, a 45 degree back raise. I think I hit 50. Good work man! I’ll try to Jerry rig something more similar to your setup in the future.

Good work there mate

I have a 45 degree back extension in my gym,but every time I use it I lower my chances of ever having kids.Although I’ll tru trowing a mat on it or something and come at you with 100 reps

I like to drop the pad really low, so the highest its touching is my mid thigh. Unless that was a humble way you were trying to brag about your manhood. In that case, I’ve got nothing.

These were all done in a row, 1:30-2 minute rest between sets. Not my best performance, but I’d like to see how many other guys or gals like their weighted dips and pull ups.
For bigger guys, maybe you could shoot to match total weight “dipped” (body weight was 184 in gym clothes this morning) or just pick one of the sets to beat. Or beat me on all of them and make me feel like a wuss, which will hopefully motivate more weight moved for both parties.

I might try the back raises tomorrow, there’s a good 45 degree one.

In the interim, this was today (0:40 onwards). I’m guessing these will be beaten pretty easily.

I really like the idea of this thread. I’ve just got to think of something I have a chance with, being significantly weaker than you all. Maybe AMRAP body weight push ups?

I’m up for any movement. Post a video or just the numbers you hit and I’ll do my best!

Nice! I’ll give it a go on Saturday after pressing and get back to you.

51 at bodyweight. Holy hell. Also not sure they aren’t cheat reps what with knee flexion.

I have squat rep day today, and although it’s a deload one amrap won’t hurt me.Anyone up for high reps in a weight?Let me remind you I squat around 360 lol

That includes anyone else that sees this. What about reps at 220 lbs?

Lol, looks like not being able to count has served me well. Still good work sir. I may go for a set of 100 or so possibly with a band in the near future.

Sure. My grossest PR is 116 reps with 135. Took a lot of breaks but never racked it. I love dumb stuff like that.

We could go percentage of a best single if you want to even the odds a bit. Although you still might beat me either way, my conditioning is pretty poor at the moment.
