Here’s some math. If you are 20% bf then your lbm constitutes 80% of your bw therefore you weigh 143 / 0.8 or 178ish lbs. similarly your friend weighs 120 / 0.9 or 133ish lbs I don’t know how tall either of you are but if the situation you describe is really accurate I doubt any of the estimates …

Of course a 133lbs girl will look better than a 178lbs one…!

How can you compare someone who looks like broom handle - 5’9 @133 to someone who doesnt look like they lift - 5’9 @ 180 and 20%BF.
