I know spring break is over, but my birthday is coming up and I’m thinking of checking out Fort Lauderdale in the off season. Anybody know of some good places to drink down there? Any good small hotels? Should I stay over by the Riverwalk or right on the beach?

Fort fucking Lauderdale? Are you serious dude, you DO know that Miami is literally 20-30 minutes away right? Seriously that’s like going to NYC and NOT partying in Manhattan. Spend a little extra money and stay in a cheap hotel on South Beach, your dick will thank you.
Fort Lauderdale…talk about not seeing the Forest for the trees.
Where at in FL you live. I like to eat at Pirmantti’s when I go there it is right off the beach and there are a bunch of dive bars in its vicinity. Great spot to hook up with some bar skanks.

Miami, South Beach…been there, done that, way too often. Looking for something new.
I live on south beach and I think it fucking blows if youre not a tourist or a jet setter, or trying to trade your snatch for cash. Cant wait to move downtown and back to reality…
Ft Lauderdale is nice, its where the real world starts again. Wish I got up there more. I hear las olas and riverwalk are where to party, and I hear america’s backyard is cool, but I cant be much help.
And if south beach is any indication, the weekends have really picked up here from easter weekend and the weather getting nice again. Today the beach was super crowded, it felt like spring break again.
I like South Beach, for a couple days at a time. I just want to see more and different things. Thanks for the inputs.
