Right Shoulder Surgery scheduled for August 14th to repair torn labrum, rotator cuff, impingement, bone spur, and bicep tendon. Shoulder really doesnt bother me pain wise, just there are some things I can’t do that I work around. Left shoulder is unstable too from previously torn muscles so not much I can do there.
Per Physical Therapist knees are at 60% after starting at 0-5%. Still some work to do there but better every week.
Will log where Im at prior to surgery and see what I can carry through…

DNF. Wanted to do 4x5 of glute hams, and assistance push and pull. Didnt get to it.
From last similar workout, pullups and pushups stronger. Little progress in Squat. Apparently, right now that is where my strength is. Setting a goal long term of 455 squat based on 225x2. Looking for a “double” there. By next fall…
