Right Shoulder Surgery scheduled for August 14th to repair torn labrum, rotator cuff, impingement, bone spur, and bicep tendon. Shoulder really doesnt bother me pain wise, just there are some things I can’t do that I work around. Left shoulder is unstable too from previously torn muscles so not much I can do there.

Per Physical Therapist knees are at 60% after starting at 0-5%. Still some work to do there but better every week.

Will log where Im at prior to surgery and see what I can carry through…

Finally feel like I’m beginning to “train” again. Been a long time.

more difficult morning than previous. not as much sleep and diet off previous day.

DNF. Wanted to do 4x5 of glute hams, and assistance push and pull. Didnt get to it.

From last similar workout, pullups and pushups stronger. Little progress in Squat. Apparently, right now that is where my strength is. Setting a goal long term of 455 squat based on 225x2. Looking for a “double” there. By next fall…

Deadlift from rack at 315 is really all my back would allow.
From floor at 235 and 245 felt good, though.

paced myself, didnt feel right after about 4-6min, been a while since doing something like this so tried to make sure not to overdo it. Was pacing for 15 min finish till about the 7.5min mark…then realized I needed to slow down.
Shoulders did fine, knees ok during workout but warmup some twinges.
