For those on once per week TRT how are you dosing your AI?

I have tried every way possible on TRT for 6 years+, 2x per week, daily, w/and w/o HCG, with arimidex, without… I just have fatigue from the whole thing and want to go to one shot a week no HCG just done. I don’t need some treatise on why daily or whatever is better I am just done with it.

For those of you who do weekly shots and use an AI, how do you dose it? I have started by injecting thursday 200mg and using one dose per week of .5mg of arimidex Friday morning and that’s it. When I was injecting 2x per week at 100mg e3.5d I was using .5mg every shot and my e2 was 20 which was ok. Wondering if that protocol will still keep me 20-30 and if that timing is right on the weekly shot. Going to get bloods in 6 weeks or so. Ty.

Not everyone needs an Ai on trt. Its not a high enough dose to cause elevated estrogen levels so high that you would need it. Try to drop the ai and you will probably feel much better.:heart:

When I started trt AI crashed my estrogen so I don’t use it anymore. The test:estrogen ratio is more important than the actual numbers.

I once used 30 mg per day of test cyp and my e2 was 60+. That is way too high to run long term IMO. I think that will accelerate prostatic cancer based on what I have heard from Dr Rand McClain. I prefer 20-30. If I am dosing once per week the peak is probably.going tk put me at 80 E2 which is unacceptable IMO. I am just trying to capture the peak E2 and keep it manageable.
