Anyone else besides me into pork rinds?
A .99 bag has a whopping 28 grams of protein, zero carbs and mostly unsaturated fats. They are easy to store and available anywhere in a pinch.

God bless America. only on T-Nation will you see people discussing how healthy pork rinds are. I normally stuff a couple of bags into my bib overalls.
In all honestly, I never realized pork rinds were so high in protein.
Yeah, I’d eat them when I was low carbing, quite a while ago now. I liked the BBQ variety…
Ever try the spicy hot cayenne pepper ones? Will put hair on your chest.

Those are my favorite. However, I don’t think they are that spicy. But I like really spicy food.
You know, I hated them 4 years back, but they were mainly unflavored. I’m contemplating going out and getting a bag or two and taking them in throughout the day as a snack. I never realized the amount of protein.

Me too. Yep, they could use a bit more cayenne. Maybe dunk em in vietnamese hot chili sauce.
If y’all like pork rinds, you may like Beef Jerky chips. They’re round, thin, crispy and BEEF!
