I think my problem is that I’ve been low-carb for so long and I’m just to the point of nausea. I have a difficult time without carbs and crave them terribly. The last few days I’ve been eating eggs and drinking cranberry juice by the liter and that’s about it.

Wouldn’t it just replace some things you’re eating now, thus justifying the initial expense?

Eggs too, I’m finding there isn’t much I can do to my eggs now to make them tolerable.

I don’t get sick of most things in my diet though, I like my protein bars and my shakes and my peanut butter and the beef and chicken stuff I make. My diet is far from spot on though, I mainly just eat a lot, avoid sugar-type stuff, and get enough protein.
