Stop this. I am going to gain weight looking at these pictures…
You must have discipline grasshopper. Only look with one eye ![]()
A little late to the party but… Recipe for these?
Preheat oven to 175C. Get egg whites and add stevia. Whip them up until they form stiff peaks. Scoop onto baking tray. Bake for 16min or until golden
Hey! Long time no see!
Hope all is well. I’ve taken a few notes from your sweet potatoes a few times.
Hey buddy, it’s all good! Been pretty busy with university, but everything’s going great. Hope all is well with you too.
As somebody who lives in a country where sweet potatoes aren’t even a thing (I literally can’t recall anybody I know that eats them other than of the people that I introduced them to), I’m both surprised and honored to hear this (especially from an American haha)
@samul i think you’ll appreciate these
1/4 cup flour, 6 tbsp pea protein powder, 2tbsp cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder, 10 packets of stevia, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup water,
175C for 23 min
I ought to give them a try.

All local food. Cucumbers and greenbeans from our garden, zucchini and tomato from local farmers, steak from a fantastic company raising piedmontese cattle. Can’t get more anabolic.
That tomato looks perfect! Everything else looks good to, but the tomato is outstanding.
Hard not to eat the whole thing every time, haha
I’ve been spending way too much time watching great British menu and have way too much time on my hands so I decided to do some experimentation.
Yesterday was homemade liver and kidney sausage
Today’s is stuffed duck head:
Both turned out amazing, and as far as I know, no one has done stuffed duck head before. Those things are a pain to debone, but worth it
I’m sorry, I just can’t. ![]()
I like duck as much as the next carnivore but this is…a lot.
@ChickenLittle @cyclonengineer TBH, duck head is a actually a very popular snack in China. I just took it to another level ![]()
When I saw it, all I could think to say was “Jesus, Anna,” but that didn’t seem constructive.
I have to admire your pluckiness in the matter, though, @anna_5588 !
It actually tastes great. Literal nose to tail cooking
makes you feel better, I’d try it w/o batting an eye - what’d you stuff it with? Do you eat the whole thing?
