You’ve never had roasted salmon head when you were in Asia?
Oh man. That looks freakin good. In the Philippines we usually make that into a soup called sinigang na salmon. It’s a savory and sour soup, made sour by tamarind, tomatoes, and calamansi (Philippine lemon). It goes really well with rice. I never learned to eat the eyes because my mom always eats it lol

When I was a kid we used to fight over the eyes of fresh water trout (landlocked salmon).
They were kinda sweet and minty.

Eggs from the chickens and ducks. Free range is tough. We can protect them from raccoons, possums, foxes and bears. But hawks keep killing them now.
