Salt and pepper meat, flour, egg mixture. Dredge in flour and press flat with heel of hand, dip in egg and milk mixture, and then back in pressing firmly. Fry in hot grease. Drain on paper towels. Make gravy. Viola! Chicken Fried Steak.

It’s a volcano pizza. A neighbouring town started selling a calzone with a hamburger inside it and this is what we countered with.
