Rice with salmon and shrimp tartare, on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes.
I gotta say, it looks better than it ended up tasting.
I gotta say, the raw shrimp didn’t look like it would taste any better to me!

Man I’m starting to feel bad. 90% of my diet is scrambled eggs, cans of tuna, blueberries, protein shakes and the odd nandos chicken

Salmon fillet, sweet potatoes, and asparagus. First time trying out this combo. Not my favorite, but wasn’t bad either.
I’ve found the following to really enhance salmon,
- Smoked paprika spice, and
- an inner temperature of 56 degree C at the thickest part of the filet.
Poured the miniscule amount of water thatiI used to cook the entire week’s worth of sweet potatoes (slow-cooker) onto the meat as I was frying it, which essentially candied it. Delish.
Oh, and the dessert-y item is best described as… flakes? I boiled banana oatmeal with the protein powder with gelatin and it formed a crust on the inside of the pan that I scraped off for eating later.
Made PB toffee- my Chinese friends said it tasted just like store bought peanut candy!!!
