Food Porn Thread

I love T-bones. I just mentioned my favorite “steak w/ side of steak” in another thread then came here to see the new post.

This isn’t quite food porn, but I thought it might encourage people that not everything has to be amazing. Just boring everyday shit is great also.

Eggs & rice. :grinning:

I was just playing around and separated the yolks from the albumin, then put it back together in a goofy way.

I appreciate the creativity and the fine china, but I can’t imagine taking a bite of this without feeling I’m kissing grandpa.

You haven’t lived until you’ve manually disimpacted a quadriplegic.

I was writing a convuluted joke about butts, porn, people in wheelchairs, eating vegetables, and then I had that brief moment of clarity when you realized you already did the stoopid, so shut up.

So…

:man_shrugging:t2:. How 'bout them eggs? I cooked the yolks separately! So they’re dippy!

They look great. If you want get fancy try sous viding them. You still have to separate them from the whites, because oddly yolks cook faster then whites. But then you can save the egg whites for another use, or use an herb oil to cook the yolks.

If you don’t want to go through all that trouble, give this a shot. No one else in my family likes it, but since I’m the morning bird I get to enjoy it.

Nice! I think @BrickHead makes a version of that, if I’m not mistaken.

I’ll definitely be making that next tomato season.

I haven’t made it in a while.

@SkyzykS If you make it, first soft scramble the eggs, then cook down the tomatoes, then combine. The biggest mistake people make is that they over cook the eggs initially so they get tough and the flavours don’t blend properly. If you aren’t watching calories, use more oil than you think you need for the eggs. The mouthfeel is better
