One of the only good things about living in Louisiana is good king cake at local grocery stores. This one is apple cream cheese. It’s ok but strawberry cream cheese is still the GOAT

That’s fair except pastalaya. That is just an abomination

For my palate a better flavor than blue berries.

One of the Christmas presents I bought myself this year. My only regret was not getting the granite molcajete to go with it.

I decided to do my best @T3hPwnisher impression tonight and eat only meat. I did season the chicken with garlic and cayenne.

My kid wanted a “biggest pancake! With something green!” Pistachios count.

1 cup almond flour
2 scoops MD Vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
1/4 cup chopped pistachios

All measurements are guesstimated. Unless its batch cooking I don’t measure shit.

One of the more interesting “fusion” ideas I’ve had. Wontons stuffed with foie gras, topped with gruyère and chives, in a french onion broth.
