I have to lose American points on that one because it’s a Polish Sausage…but that also gives you perspective for just how big those ribs are! Haha. And thanks so much man. It’s been a blast discovering all these tricks. Even if the menu is simple, the execution can be a blast.

Will do. I normally go to Napa/Sonoma. I prefer redwoods and the cliffs in point reyes, but I know a bunch of LA chefs.

Minced garlic on the crust. BBQ sauce as the sauce. Chopped chicken thighs cooked with Kansas hot seasoning and avocado oil. Chopped bacon and pineapple with a little more sauce drizzled on top.
I crushed the whole cheese and pepperoni and a slice of the wife’s.

I get the same feeling when mum makes ribeyes in the air fryer. I let her do it, just not when I’m home ![]()
It was honestly a pretty cool story. Family wanted pizza for dinner, I didn’t, so I set the ribs in the air fryer, picked up the pizza (and some wings for me as a side…best part about carnivore is having meat as a side to your meat), and by the time I got home the ribs were done.
I am in Northern Japan this week for work and we found an incredible sushi place.

And best of all, my kiddo came out with me, got the shrooms, had a hand in all of it-
