It air fries a good chicken

I, however, make not great chaffles when trying to use fat free cheese. Never again, but chicken and waffles/chaffles was still fun

To round out the food porn, this was my week’s carnivore meal prep

Upper left is grassfed piedmontese liver that was so good I had to cut myself off from it to avoid Vitamin A toxicity, bottom left is grassfed stir fry beef, top center is chicken tenderloins, bottom center is grassfed beef kabobs, top right is what was left of that chicken, bottom right is pasture raised scrambled eggs.

Which means…STEAK AND EGGS FOR LUNCH ALL WEEK! …with some liver and chicken tenderloins

Awesome! Thank you for sharing!

What did you think of the size? The indoor grill is awesome, but a bit on the small size - I can just barely cook for 4 of us at once if I’m being reasonable with my appetite (and who wants to do that??).

The food looks awesome! I’ll assume it was as easy to start/ clean as all the other Ninja stuff?

Thanks man!

I had to spatchcock the chicken to be able to get the grill lid to close on it for the air fryer, so that was a bit of a disappointment, but it really depends on how much you wanna make at one time. It’s bigger than a typical ninja, but not as big as a traditional outdoor grill. Geeze, come to think about it, I’ve got this guy in my shed still too

I wonder if I could run them both off the same outlet…

I’ve only used the air fryer function, and in that regard it was just as simple. Cleaning was TOO easy, the the point I overthought it and got grease EVERYWHERE. It’s got a built in grease trap: much better than the drain at the bottom you typical deal with. Just corral the grease and empty the trap.

You’re welcome.

I’ve been on a red fruits/veggies kick for a while, so the diced tomato really got me.

Why specifically red foods? Just current preference or an eating strategy?

I dunno. I get on kicks sometimes like this. I think its a craving of sorts, but for the past few weeks everything red- peppers, strawberries, tomatoes- just became irresistible.

Also- its prime morel season here, so I might have something good coming up. Have to check a couple of my good spots.

Gonna brag about this. My kiddo made their dinner and desert tonight. I gave instructions, but they ran the kitchen.

That is a quesadilla burger with Havarti cheese paired deliciously with a hashbrown and no sugar added applesauce

Those are Metabolic Drive protein cheesecake cookies (no fruit) from this recipe

I am so blown away and amazed at the independence they’re developing at a young age. I definitely couldn’t cook like this at that age…or when I was in college…or newly married…

The chips dont

True. Those things were just blah tonight.

Me & the wife are having a technical disagreement over airfry vs. bake.

Until my superior airfry technique is accepted as the norm, I’m gonna have to suffer through some chalky fries.
