Are humans the venison of alligators?

Another great one is Il Pizzaiolo. Nearest to me is in Mt. Lebanon, but i think there are a couple others around town, like Market Square too.
The buffalo mozz is beautiful. Did you do the little slice of tomato & some aged balsamic?

Some Deep Water meal prep. 2lb chorizo mix of 95% lean grassfed ground beef with grassfed piedmontese beef liver, a bunch of sugar free air fried teriyaki chicken breast tenderloins and air fried eggplant and asparagus. Exciting week ahead!

Ive messed up eggplant a couple times and the skin got really tough. It was a shot in the dark, and I missed.
My secret for egg plant is being a cheap date, haha. I would take more care preparing for others.
The air fryer really opened up chicken for me. Never trusted myself to cook it before.
Wierd Noodles!
For my teriyaki chicken stirfry.
It was just chicken, portobello, & broccoli done in some olive & roasted sesame oil, but the unexpectedly translucent noodles turned it into a Sci-Fi Stir Fry! ![]()
How did the noodles taste for ya? As I ate my spaghetti failure, I was thinking it might be better with some teriyaki sauce, maybe pan seared real quickly

They were completely without flavor. Like some strange, solid strands of water.

I meant to grab rice noodles, but they were all out and these were like “close enough!”.
I dunno. I’m going to have to look that up.
Kiddo hated them though. They were way too strange for him.

I know the package says to use the noodles as a bed for stir fry, but traditional preparations I had growing up actually cooked / mixed them straight in with a sauce. It also softens the texture a little more so it’s closer to ‘regular’ pasta, and tastes better compared to just having the stir fry on top of the noodles.
Thank you. I might give that a shot next. I got 2 packages to play around with.
It seems like they should be great for absorbing flavors.
