My son was here for dinner, so I didn’t think the salmon would be enough and cooked a cod filet as well (I’d just taken it out when I snapped the pic). It all went surprisingly well together with white rice. Just super basic and super yummy,

I love fish of all kinds and preparations, but the smell of it baking at home, is off putting to the max. Yup, wife says I’m nuts.
I don’t mind the smell when I’m cooking it, but if I go outside after dinner and then come back in to it, it is a little yucky. Not enough to make me stop cooking it once a week, though.
I am blessed to have a decorative nose.
As someone who can’t smell farts, fish is nothjng

Alrighty, @T3hPwnisher . I did it, and it’s pretty good!
Started with the sirloin (flat iron, stainless, 
) with butter & roasted sesame oil
Hibachi style…
Finished with a little black pepper, a dash of white truffle oil and a squirt of lemon.
Then egg-
Some steak
A little fold & flip, then all in on the plate.
And of course, the white truffle oil and HEINZ @anna_5588 Ketchup to dip in.
I was disappointed to find out that I was almost completely out of ketchup, now completely out.
But the combo was good! I’m going to give it a shot in a few days with the black truffle oil and more ketchup.
Two thumbs up!

See, this is like the porn that makes me say “they DO that?”
I mean. Eggs are eggs. They go with toast and bacon or pancakes and sausage.
Steak is steak. It goes with many things, but none of them are eggs or ketchup.
Ketchup is ketchup and really isn’t even necessary to have at home, unless one is grilling burgers, in which case one files for a single case exemption.
Truffle oil is just yucky.

Yeah… although the top line wagyu literally tastes like warm butter and melts in your mouth like butter. You’d honestly get a similar experience just eating salted Kerry gold butter
LOL…you may not understand the nature of shocking porn. It generally doesn’t consist in frivolous use of resources. Like, rare is the porn that features someone breaking an exceptional bottle of champagne against their boat.
