Yes, every system has it’s flaws. However, the U.S. system has more. Profits over people. Plain and simple. It was the reason why medicinal cannabis was lobbied against. Choice need to be limited in order to try and keep the public from spending their money on something other than Big Pharma’s garbage drugs. It is the same thing that is keeping stem cell therapy from treating chronic/degenerative diseases from being standard of care in this country. However, once the information is being more well known of it’s very therapeutic benefits without the side effects a tipping point will be reached, like medicinal cannabis, and there will be nothing Big Pharma and their bought politicians can do about it. So the profits and power will be reduced. Too fucking bad. The public will benefit.
