They think you are hot. It’s the paintball equivalent of punching the girl you like in the should in 5th grade. We don’t ever really grow up.

Not sure about shooting girls in the bewbs…I’m an ass man mahself.

only a dumb chick turns her back on the enemy. but the dumb chicks are still fun to shoot in the ass!

Interesting conversation about the gender politics of paintball you guys have got going in here
Thanks for keeping my log afloat.

Woke up early so decided to hit the gym only to find out it was cardio heaven.
Did 35 minutes of treadmill betwen 5-7 MPH

Heard from someone there was a better gym so I’ll try to hit the weights later.

All day product training today. Ouff.

N

Do what you can N, tear it up!

Managed to hit a few dumbells with my fitness buff work buddy who was able to make the dingy dumbelld painful. I miss my regular program but damn it I’m still in the gym.

European skull crushers - the have a longer reach and 3 pauses
Standing dumbell rows
Various curls on yes the infamous bossu balls
dumbell lateral raise with twist
A couple of random ATG squats on the bossu
Goblets squats with various depths and “pulses”
Machine chest press and incline press
Declined abs with 8kg medecine ball

All of these in the 10 - 20 rep range. Please don’t disown me! Lol.

Tomorrow we are setting up the 20 booths which is basically 5 hours of physical grunt work.

On a different note the salt in all this restaurant food is making me constantly thirsty.

Not funny.

you bring your camelpak thingy?

you’re definitely not the only crazy one, and not even that crazy. learning all the particulars is very grownup/sane of you. skydiving doesnt require a parachute… skydiving twice requires a parachute.

paintball- back of the head and chest.

Love the skydiving Analogy Bear

Good work getting some lifting done when your out in the field.

Salt in restaurant food does a number on me too. Good luck with the grunt work!

Hey at least you are getting some workouts in! they may not be exactly what you want, but when most people leave town, so do their ideas of working out! i still say great job…([mumbles under breath]…even if your rep ranges should be considered cardio)!

You are burning off some of the extra calories you have no choice about putting in you right now. That’s still a win in my book!

Thanks everyone. Set up was around 4 hours of grunt work. I’m considering it my workout for today.

More restaurant food and off to bed.

I miss my husband and my cat and my space and the quiet now. Only 3 more days to go - flying back Monday afternoon.

It’s hard follow up with you guys on my little blackberry.

Ok enough whining for the Frenchie.

European skull crushers–posh!

Very proud of myself after standing for 8 hours doing the tradeshow I still managed to hit the gym.

30 mins of treadmill - trust me I need this after eating out since Monday

Dummbell Shoulder press superset with pushups on medecine ball

Floor presses superset with skull crushers

Curls superset with goblet squat

As you can see it was mainly upper body so that my arms and shoulders pop in my little gray dress

I know I’m vain

Cheers
N

Vanity, thy name is N. (and Kimba). I’m on the road too, but not working so its alot better!

Doing anything on the road is exceptional.

now get yourself home where you can do what you want!

Thanks soldog flying out tomorrow 4pm. Planning to try a new gym tomorrow.
Tonight 4 hours of grunt work tearing down the show.

I’m really glad that your log is finally on a new page where the first post isn’t about me peeing my pants.

Welcome home. Tomorrow.

I do the same - feels good to go out after a little bout in the gym!

Props to getting out to the gym after a tradeshow too. They can be so draining.

Good job getting that lifting in.
