Just wondering if anyone can give me advice as to options for guys with continuously high shbg I hate sides from trt always get acne and folliculitis I’m hairy as hell and that gets worse but aside from boron, zinc, and vitamin d is there anything else I can do, drives me nuts that I have plenty of total testosterone but no free t makes no sense.
Been off trt for five months haven’t slept properly in those months joints will click 20 times a day every day strength is ridiculous and always knackered
You need a liver transplant, but you’re not going to get one. You need TRT, it’s that simple. You could inject more frequently to minimize the T->DHT conversion.
