Flu Bug That Doesn't Pay Rent...WTF!

Ok last weekend I came down with the a flu bug. Dunno if its swine or not I don’t have a lab at my disposal. But here are some symptoms.

  1. At the time of the flue kicken my ass. 101.9 fever. That is with taking tylenol.
  2. Aches and pains.
  3. Sleepiness, all I wanted to do was sleep
  4. Weakness. I feel like all my strength is gone.
  5. After 4 days in I started getting flem in my throat and nose. The dark yellow greenish crap.
  6. Claminess, Just cold clamy skin with the sweats.
  7. No appetite, Or nausea.

The only thing that has not changed is that the fever is gone. I just want to get back to the gym. I figure that if I go I am just going to spread what ever is living inside me.

Am I doing the right thing? I am feeling weaker all the time(its in my head I know but still). And I am grumpy as fuck. Ok I will stop bitching.

Any advice?

So your asking people on the interwebz if you have swine or not? Edit: By lab you mean doctor’s office and or hospital?

Just listen to your body and rest. Being sick and trying to exercise is the worse thing you can do. Yes, you
“feel” as if you need to go but just take your time with this. You don’t want to make yourself weaker by going to the gym. Drink plenty of fluids! Water is a natural expectorant and can help bring up that phlegm. Drink at least 2-4L.

Thanks Fuzzy.

I am not asking if I have swine or not. I could not care if I have either. This is not killing me. Its just a shitty deal that is all.

So lots of water …I think I will up my intake.
