Well, shit. Ripps says you can’t go up in weight until you can do all the worksets with “perfect” form. I didn’t screw up the form at all, but those were pretty hard. I’ll probably stay at 195 next time.

I push pressed the last two reps of the last two sets. Obviously, not being able to work out for two weeks puts a crimp in my plateau busting potential. I’ll get 105 next time.
