Dumbbell reverse wrist curl 20x8x2 sets

Put belt on one notch tighter than usual had trouble getting out lol

Felt really tight on left side under armpit again
Like doing the chins and feel like this motion has progressed the most but thinking to do them on one day and use more bodybuilding type movements (pull-down or dumbbell row) with a slower tempo and more moderate weight on the other day

Grip work
Gripper 100x7x2 sets each hand
Softball hold - 25x60 seconds each side - will try to do a second set next time then add weight
Dumbbell wrist curl 30x10x2 sets
Dumbbell reverse wrist curl 20x10x2 sets

Got these “fat grips” that slide on and off over the bar to increase thickness and used for warm ups on trap bar deadlift
got up to 200x5
went for 240 but couldn’t hold on
will definitely keep these in the rotation

Squats felt good but wasted too much time/energy on walkout

Bench 180x5 200x3 225x7

Traveling next 2 weeks (promised my wife a European vacation when we were broke newlyweds now going for 10 year anniversary :star_struck:) crazy week at work though and trying to tie up loose ends

will try to work in some body weight squats and push ups and a few long cardio sessions :sunglasses:
