Like doing the chins and feel like this motion has progressed the most but thinking to do them on one day and use more bodybuilding type movements (pull-down or dumbbell row) with a slower tempo and more moderate weight on the other day
All lifts looking solid sir. I had to laugh at the camera angle on that bench set, I have done this too many times to count.

Got these “fat grips” that slide on and off over the bar to increase thickness and used for warm ups on trap bar deadlift

went for 240 but couldn’t hold on
will definitely keep these in the rotation
