Just be careful about anything he says. This one of the biggest liars on YouTube.

Why’s that?

Money i guess…

But is there evidence he lied about something? I’m not up to date with all those youtube guys.

He is on the “trt” liar bandwagon, preaching doses that shut down young guys with no possible results. He says he is on 150mgs of test and 2ius of growth and he is the same size as he was on grams and grams of gear. He collaborates with all the liars - Greg Douch-ette, Leo the wife beater, PlatesDates moron, all these assholes who push their worthless products while claiming trt, when they actually blast grams and grams of gear.
So when a person makes 20 videos about how 200mgs work just as good as 2000mgs, and collaborates with owners of TRT clinics, you should definetly not take him too seriously.

He claims to have helped most of his PFS patients with HCG and/or DHT powder to balance hormones.

Interesting video.

I’ve also heard his clients are on a lot more than what he recommends to his YouTube viewers.

I am split on Steve. Some good info out there. I don’t think he is as bad as some of those he collaborates with.

That being said, he can be a bit ridiculous with his “science”. MPMD is way worse though. When I talk about his science it is more so correlation that he treats like causation. For example we know when we take testosterone that certain other hormones change. That is fine to acknowledge, but he takes it a step further and attributes negative sides one might be experiencing with those hormonal changes. It may or may not be true, but it is jumping to conclusions. He presents things in a confident way and a lot of people don’t question it.

I think this sort of science is fine for certain things that have tons of info on them. Stuff like gyno being E2 or Prolactin related while blasting gear is pretty well accepted. Saying you’re not sleeping as well because some obscure neurosteroid that is impacted when you take a DHT derivative is jumping to conclusions IMO.

Him and plates dude are like DeLauer is for diets. More references to studies than actual sentences they wrote on their own, and still tons of conflicting videos through out the year. I also think Steve has some good stuff just like everyone. I just said to be careful because he has no problem lying so i wouldnt jump to any conclusions based on his videos alone. At least look up something extra that is not related to the lying fucks.

I generally like his videos. He always breaks down what he takes and documents results with blood work, more than Derek or Greg ever do.

Is he taking more than he says? Yeah probably, like they all are. But his doses wouldn’t be my doses anyway
