OP, I echo what a couple people said about eating lotsof greens, maybe even start juicing. Reduce pungent foods too if you eat lots of them. Especially things like cumin, garlic and onion.
Also, since you sound like an especially foul human being, for the betterment of humanity, I recommend an extreme measure to take as well. Every night after your shower, fill the tub and empty an entire box of Baking Soda into it. Submerge your entire body for at least ten minutes leaving just your mouth and nose out to breath. Actually, strike that, you better keep your mouth submerged too. Don’t rinse off when you get out.
Put some peroxide in the water too. Maybe a cup or so
i had this problem for a while and it took some experimenting to find something that worked. my hygiene was fine, I showered twice a day and used a bodywash so I knew it wasn’t that. i used dr. schulze’s liver cleanse and that completely cleared away the horrid b.o. that nothing else seemed to. however, after a few weeks the b.o. started to come back and i realised i had slipped into my old eating habits.
so i realised that i had to eat a clean diet with lots of fruits and veggies as they help the body cleanse out toxins. i also found that eating lots of junk food, especially cheese, increased the b.o. steam rooms and regular sweating from exercise also helped me. i hope this helps. i highly recommend you try the cleanse, it’s very very tough, but so worth it at the end.
“Trimethylamine builds up in the body of patients with trimethylaminuria. The trimethylamine gets released in the person’s sweat, urine, reproductive fluids, and breath, giving off a strong fishy or body odor. Some people with trimethylaminuria have a strong odor all the time, but most have a moderate smell that varies in intensity over time.”

Post your diet.
And did you know solariums are bad for you?

What’s a lot of garlic? I don’t think I eat a lot of it.
I remember the first time I tried ground flax seed I thought it gave me bad B.O. I still take 1000 mg flax seed oil cap a day. I wonder what would happen if I switched to fish oil instead.
posting my diet is too hard.
I don’t tan. I tried it for a little bit thinking it’d help me with some SAD, but I take meds that make me allergic to UV light. So it wasn’t one of my brighter moments.

Also do you wash your work out clothes after working out? Or are you one of those guys who wear your clothes multiple times to workout in?
I change the shirt and underwear. If the gym shorts pass the smell test I’ll wear them again. I don’t wear gym clothes to bed though. The germophobe in me prohibits that.

that must be what’s wrong with my girlfriend’s vage.
In the deodorant section of your drug store, you will probably see a girly-looking “Natural Crystal” deodorant on the bottom shelf. It’s basically an odourless, opaque-coloured stone that you wet in the sink and use as you would normal deodorant.
Honestly, buy this shit, and use it all over your body. Pits, chest, lower back, area between ballsack and legs, etc. Absolutely guarantee you it will drastically improve, if not completely cure any kind of body odor you have. It forms a very thin barrier on your skin which prevents bacteria from forming (bacteria + sebum/sweat = BO)
