Easy. Get a crock pot/slow cooker. Throw enough shit in for several meals and forget about it for 6 hours. Put what you don’t eat in the fridge. Scoop out what you want when you need it. Microwave for 3 minutes.
Cook huge pots of chili. It might take 30 minutes, but you’ll have enough food for several meals. Divide # meals by time it takes to cook one large batch, and you’ll see time savings adding up rapidly.
