Take your fish oil like we have been for years. If youāre not eating a diet full of fresh fatty fish, supplement with fish oil.
No, fish oil will not heal all your ailments. However, supplementing with fish oil will lead you to a healthier person than not supplementing with fish oil.
Therefore, take fish oil.

thisā¦ and most that take fish oil take 1-2 pills, yeah like 1-2g of fish oil is going to help a diet that is loaded in omega-6s, some trans fat and high in processed carbs
Taking 1-2 grams fish oil per day isnāt that likely to prevent heart disease given other lifestyle factors, but the analysis made no mention of quality of life or other potential benefits.
And we all know there are quite a few benefits to Omega-3sā¦
Additionally, omgea-3s ā well all polyunsaturated fats ā are very unstable fats especially when subjected to heat. A diet high in antioxidants is valuable in counter-acting the oxidation of even healthy omega-3ās in your diet. Your body is 98 degreesā¦ think omega-3s arenāt going to oxidize at all? Eat kale.
How much fist oil do you guys recommend taking daily to get the full benefits?
6-12 g for most
or 1g per % of body fat (max of 30g) for 4-6 weeks then cut dose in half
1 gram of fist oil and a cheap whore.
Fish oil, on the other hand, would be dependant on which ever purported benefit you are after.
You bought 6 months worth of Omega 3ās? Goodness gracious Man youāre gonna get that shit
possibly rancid in half that time if you donāt store it right, did they have a Big sale
at Walgreens or something?
Anyway why are people in the 21st Century still so NAIVE about mass media supplement stories?
I knew this new so-called latest āstudyā questioning the effectiveness of Omega 3ās was Fishy.
I thought people here were a little sharper than that.
Two Things to consider when these fairy tales emerge, and pass this on to all your family
and friends so THEY wonāt go on any kind of forums admitting ignorance on any subject matter.
Ready? Are you sure?? Okā¦here it isā¦ #1)Follow the Money, a few keystrokes and some
diligence can pay off in the truth of a āstudyā and whatās behind it.
#2) The way the studies were done to make the supplement seem worthless, and there are COUNTLESS ways to skin a cat to Bias that outcome.
It looks like #2 in this case.
And if I can add a #3ā¦Stop watching CNN.com. even for a second, just stop looking at it.
See how easy that was? Hereās the truthā¦relax and take those Oils.

I read that fish oil is often over prescribed in Europe, causing confusion as to just how beneficial it is across a broad spectrum of ailments.
I donāt think proven benefits are being called in to question, just a need for a standard āprescriptionā protocol.
ājust a need for a standard āprescriptionā protocolā
I canāt believe I just read thatā¦How about unconfusing yourself and follow
label diretions here the U.S. and not worry about European prescription
protocols.
