Just started it this week also. I take it preworkout on training days and before bed on cardio/rest days. My initial results are positive. Jerked 150kg yeasterday (5kg PR), sunday deadlifted 435x10 (3weeks ago 435x8).

Tried it today, 600 mgs -90 workout, but didn’t notice anything with weights used (Legs today)
I will try it Friday, 900 mgs -60 workout, Close Grip Bench day.
