First Time Stepping on Stage Soon

ya I’ve really developed a love for creating the most volume and taste out of everything i’m eating this prep. thanks for that comment - gives me motivation to post info about one of my new favs I was feeling lazy about posting.

also - if you haven’t tried the homemade popcorn thing. SO BOMB! you can make 5 cups of nacho cheese popcorn for 200 calories!!! 5 cups! talk about volume. just sprinkle on the nacho cheese kernel seasons like I talk about one cup at a time, spray it with the cooking spray after applying, and slowly load up that big bowl or bag cup by cup. soooo good.

FINALLY BROKE THE 200 LB MARK for a couple days

Nice job on getting through that barrier! Always fun approaching that “next 5lb” mark and then getting through it. Gotta love the small mental victories!

Just giving you shit but at what point do you start getting tan? Cause you are one pasty mofo

Hay, good point. You have to think someone in Utah would have a nice tan at the end of August. Better hit the MT-2 quick!

low cal high protein high fiber parfait I’ve been in love with lately - just dreamed up the recipe, but it’s become a staple these days - good volume for not a lot of calories

I think you is amazing! You success here depends upon effort and ability.

Been following along from the start and things are definitely coming together.Love the ideas about getting the most volume from the foods your eating etc.Never would of thought about the jello concoction but damn I’d eat that up haha.

Look it up here and or GOOGLE it. There’s a boatload of hearsay about it but I can tell you it worked for me. Just start slow and use your head. It can be found online under Research Chemicals and Peptides, just be smart about it.

thx let’s hope

To answer your question about tanning/fake tan. A lot of guys will get a “base” tan before applying fake tan/oil for the show. It will help to increase definition - and won’t look weird when your body is tan and your face is pasty, or painted. Brings a balance. About a month out you could do 10 minute sessions twice a week or so to get a base - depending on your sensitivity. 6 weeks even better. Not a requirement but it might help. Will also tighten your skin (by drying it out) so be sure to use a moisturizer.

oh nice, ya i’ve heard of the name melanotan, didn’t know the abbreviation. do you know if it’s cool with natural federations - i’m not so sure. and of course, yes, lol, i know, look it up, just didn’t know if u knew off top of head.

Melatonin is not allowed in natural competitions. At least that which doesn’t already exist in your body.
