You told him to take 5mg/w. I don’t think you can pass judgment on who is sending whom down a bad path. That’s the kind of dose they give to women with breast cancer and for the vast majority of steroid users would absolutely crush their e2. Throwing out random numbers as if they have any scientific evidence behind them is irresponsible.

So If I run 1.4 grams of test a week I should take 2 mg of adex a day? For a total of 14mgs a week?
I was wrong. I regurgitated information I read on here a few years ago. As I do an a current search on that “1mg/100mg” I’m starting to come up with threads that negate that after all.

@that_spanish_boy ignore my advice on dosing. But absolutely do more reading on taking an AI.

I’m not recommending anything, I was quoting you as incorrect and border line dangerous in your statement. Having an AI on hand is wise before you start, running it from the start is at ones discretion. In my case I don’t need one at all, in others they may. When starting an AI its best to keep doses low and not near what you were stating. AIs in and of themselves have negative side effects such lowering HDL and increasing LDL. Estrogen is healthy… treat the symptoms not the numbers.

I have been running AI since the beginning of my cycle (about 4 weeks ago) because I am higher in bf% and I know we are more prone to gyno than those that are not… It’s more of a precaution than anything and my body has been reacting great to it so I’m fortunate. All of the information I’ve read in regards to dosage is HIGHLY dependent on the individual and how their body reacts to whatever AAS they are taking, which is why it’s important to have bloods done throughout your run so you know how to adjust dosage. Without asking questions on this forum though I would know none of this information, so it’s good you’re starting here and have an idea of what’s going on prior to asking the questions. At the end of the day, your own research will serve you best and questions on here are meant to “fill the gaps” in between what you understand so you get a full spectrum of knowledge.
