First Test E Cycle Planning Help

Hey guys
So im planning on doing my first cycle and want to just do Test E 500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks to see how my body responds to it. I don’t want to throw anything else in besides the test because I’ve heard that for your first cycle Test E is the best route to go. I’m also planning on getting an anti estrogen in case any side effects of gyno appear or you get the “sore nipples”. I am trying to figure out if I am on the right track or not. As you all probably know its not like you can go up to anyone at the gym and ask how they do their stack of gear. Also im not too sure what to do about PCT ive found a few things. If someone could please help me out because im trying to do this the safest and most effective way possible. Currently I weigh 200lbs and stand 6’3’’ i have been lifting for 3+ years and am 24 years old.

Pct… give two weeks between your last injection and the start of your pct. research nolva and clomid.

nolva 40/20/20/20 mg/day
clomid 50/50/25/25 mg/day

research hcg. that always makes coming off a lot easier.

Always have an anti estro on hand. aromasin…arimidex…best thing is to start with a low dose and adjust as needed. rather than starting with it ramped up and killing off too much estrogen. taper it off for the two weeks between your cycle and pct. but most of all…the most important thing about cycling is to record how many times you masturbate on average each week and how long it takes you to climax. this is a great way to defend against prolactin issues. prolactin makes your hair hurt.

So what signs are you supposed to look for when keeping track of your wanking frequency and length?
