been training for over 5+ years currently working with a 5 day workout split. I added below a basic run down of what I would run. Any thoughts??
Weeks 1-10 (or 12)
Test E 500mg (split dosages 250/250)
If you’re going to run one that seems to be a good place to start. You can probably just go 40,40,20,20 on the Nolva stepping it down by half for the second 2 weeks. I’ve seen some 2 more weeks at 10,10, but that seems like it isn’t necessary. Wait 2-3 months after the cycle to get blood work done to see how you recovered. Might think about getting some done before hand as a baseline if you done have current ones already.
If others with more experience give conflicting info go with theirs, I’m on trt and just an avid reader on this forum. Good Luck

You’ll need an AI for during the cycle, my preference is aromison but there’s also arimidex.
A liver supp wouldn’t hurt either but probably not crucial.
If he’s 96 years old I somehow doubt he’d be able use the internet, also 96 wouldn’t be too young (joking here). The 96 could indicate he’s born in 1996, in which case he’d be 23, the numerical values are probably present just for the sake of being there.
