Just curious what your weekly progress has been on average so far. I’m all for you pushing this through, and honestly believe the right conditoning can do wonders, but you also need to be taking a certain amount of steps forward each week to reach the point necessary in the given time frame.

Progress has been weird past few weeks the weight has really slowed down to a pound a week but, I am getting much leaner and vascular each week. But, I hired Amit Sapir and he is walking me know though day by day every meal and what nor.

To come anything close to like 8 to 10 percent body fat youre gonna need to be dropping 3 to 4 lbs a week at this point

The progress between your last set of pics was noticeable but thats the kind of change you want to see between 16 to 15 weeks out

Also the posing , the leg to side on the fdb and lat spread is a bit much and looks way to forced
Try bring the outside leg closer your body
