First Pre-Contest Cycle

I am trying to plan a cycle for a friend who decided to enter his first bodybuilding contest. He workouts for a long time (almost two decades), but never had guts to actually take it to the next level. He is 35, 5’11", 230 lbs and probably around 10% body fat. He tried couple of cycles before without huge gains. It looks like we have time for either 12 or 16 weeks to shoot for.
My suggested plan is outlined below, and of course I would love to hear observations, criticism and possibly help from experienced members of this forum.

week 1-12: Test E 250mg/w
week 1-12: Primo 800mg/w
week 1-6: Test P 75mg/d
week 7-12 Winni 80mg/d
week 1-20 HGH 4-5iu/d
week 1-12 Anastrazole 0.5 EOD (possibly)

For PCT I am debating classic Serm or test taper protocols.

CT is training for a contest too. Check out his thread:

I would NOT go into a contest on test E, Id switch to prop towards the end of the cycle. Look up “Retaining muscle mass on a calorie deficient” in the search, its got some great info for pre-contest.

Thank you. You are right about Test E at the end. Prop will definitely be better at the end.

9.6 grams of Primo! Jeez you must have a serious bank roll lol.
